The embodiment of the invention provides a rail transit train multi-system linkage method which comprises the following steps: under the condition that an alarm system in a train triggers an alarm, a passenger information system PIS sends an alarm signal to a target receiving system according to a current driving mode; the alarm system is a passenger alarm device PECU and/or a train control and management system TCMS, and the target receiving system is a driver control room system and/or a subway control center OCC; and the target receiving system performs voice linkage and/or video linkage with the train according to the alarm signal. According to the embodiment of the invention, information display and control in various application scenes can be realized, and the passenger service quality and the operation efficiency of the unmanned subway train are improved.
