The invention discloses a dustproof and anti-collision instrument wire harness and a production method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of instrument wire harnesses. An inner semi-conductive shielding layer is fixedly extruded on the outer wall of a wire core, and an outer semi-conductive shielding layer is fixedly extruded on the outer wall of an insulation shielding layer; elastic balls are nested among the three groups of cross-linked polyethylene insulating layers, an expansion air bag is assembled between every two adjacent groups of cross-linked polyethylene insulating layers, and through cooperation of the elastic balls, arc-shaped limiting pieces, reinforcing ribs and the expansion air bags, when the wire harness is subjected to impact force, anti-collision buffering is achieved through compression of the elastic balls; when the elastic balls are compressed, the expansion air bags in the pressed direction are pulled through the reinforcing ribs, impact force is further buffered based on pulling force on the expansion air bags, the anti-collision capacity of the wire harness is improved, meanwhile, air is exhausted through the pressed expansion air bags, dust on the surface of the outer sheath can be cleaned, collision prevention can be achieved, and the service life of the wire harness is prolonged. And meanwhile, the dustproof capability of the wire harness is improved.

    本发明公开了仪表线束技术领域的一种防尘防撞的仪表线束及其生产方法,所述导线线芯的外壁上均固定挤包有内半导电屏蔽层,所述绝缘屏蔽层的外壁上固定挤包有外半导电屏蔽层,三组所述交联聚乙烯绝缘层之间嵌套设置有弹力球,相邻两组所述交联聚乙烯绝缘层之间装配有膨胀气袋,通过弹力球、弧形限位片、加强筋和膨胀气袋的配合能够在线束受到冲击力时,本发明利用弹力球的压缩实现防撞缓冲,在弹力球发生压缩时会通过加强筋拉动受压方向上的膨胀气袋,基于对膨胀气袋的拉力来进一步缓冲冲击力,提高线束的防撞能力,同时利用受压的膨胀气袋将气体外排,能够对外护套表面上的灰尘进行清理,不仅能实现防撞,同时还提高线束的防尘能力。
