The invention discloses an intelligent network connection intersection control method considering conflict risks, and belongs to the field of intelligent traffic control. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, acquiring planned arrival time of buses and cars in all directions at an intersection, steering requirements and driving tracks in the intersection; secondly, calculating the possibility of collision between the vehicles in the collision direction so as to calculate the collision risk of the vehicles passing at the intersection, and meanwhile, calculating the total passenger delay of the bus and the car; and finally, optimizing the moment when the bus and the car enter the intersection by taking the minimum weighted sum of the total delay of the passengers of the bus and the car and the total conflict risk of all the vehicles passing at the intersection as an objective function. According to the invention, an effective and feasible solution can be provided for improving the safety of vehicles passing at the intersection and reducing the delay of passengers at the intersection.
