The invention relates to an optimization method of an airplane control surface sealing structure, belongs to the technical field of airplane structure optimization, and solves the technical problems that an optimization result of an existing sealing structure is unreasonable, the period is long and the cost is high. The sealing structure optimization method comprises the steps of modeling and initial analysis, sensitivity relation analysis and decoupling, parameter optimization and result judgment. The performance requirements of rigid sealing and flexible large deformation are considered in the optimization process, meanwhile, the attempt process of repeatedly modifying a digital model is avoided, the development efficiency of the sealing structure is remarkably improved, the stress level of stress concentration parts such as the slotted tail end of the sealing structure is reduced through the optimization result, and the product quality of optimization design is effectively improved.

    本发明涉及一种飞机舵面封严结构的优化方法,属于飞机结构优化技术领域,解决了现有封严结构优化结果存在不合理之处,且周期长、成本高昂的技术问题。本发明的封严结构优化方法包括了建模和初始分析、灵敏度关系分析并解耦、参数优化和结果判定的步骤。优化过程兼顾了“刚性封严”与“柔性大变形”的性能要求,同时避免了反复修改数模的尝试过程,显著提升了封严结构研制效率,优化结果降低了封严结构的开缝末端等应力集中部位应力水平,有效地提升优化设计的产品质量。
