The invention discloses an all-terrain vehicle and a continuously variable transmission thereof, the continuously variable transmission comprises a main transmission mechanism, an auxiliary transmission mechanism and a transmission belt, and the auxiliary transmission mechanism is in transmission connection with the main transmission mechanism; the main transmission mechanism comprises a main shaft, a main sliding wheel assembly and a main fixed wheel assembly, and the thrust disc assembly is fixedly connected with the main shaft; the main sliding wheel assembly comprises a centrifugal block, and the centrifugal block is rotationally connected with the main sliding wheel assembly through a rotating connecting shaft. The main sliding wheel assembly comprises a first mounting part and a second mounting part, the rotating connecting shaft penetrates through the first mounting part, the centrifugal block and the second mounting part, and when the centrifugal block and the main sliding wheel assembly are in a mounting state, the abutting part abuts against the side, away from the second mounting part, of the first mounting part; and the rotary connecting shaft is in clearance fit with the first mounting part and the second mounting part. By means of the arrangement mode, the abrasion degree of the centrifugal block lining during high-speed movement can be reduced, and the service life of the continuously variable transmission is prolonged.

    本申请公开了一种全地形车及其无级变速器,该无级变速器包括主传动机构、从传动机构和传动带,从传动机构与主传动机构传动连接;主传动机构包括主轴、主滑动轮组件和主固定轮组件,推力盘组件与主轴固定连接;主滑动轮组件包括离心块,离心块通过转动连接轴与主滑动轮组件转动连接;主滑动轮组件包括第一安装部和第二安装部,且转动连接轴分别穿设第一安装部、离心块和第二安装部,当离心块与主滑动轮组件处于安装状态时,抵接部与第一安装部远离第二安装部的一侧抵接,且转动连接轴分别与第一安装部、第二安装部间隙配合。这种设置方式能够降低高速运动时离心块衬套的磨损程度,延长无级变速器的使用寿命。
