The invention discloses a high-dynamic-static-stiffness-ratio liquid composite joint which comprises a mandrel with a mandrel ball in the middle, a rubber layer vulcanized and bonded around the mandrel ball and an inner sleeve body vulcanized and bonded to the rubber layer on the periphery of the rubber layer, and a front cavity and a rear cavity with the rubber layer at the bottom are formed in the positions, on the front side and the rear side of the liquid composite joint, of the inner sleeve body respectively. A runner communicated with the front cavity and the rear cavity is arranged on the mandrel ball; the front cavity and the rear cavity are flat, the axial width of the axial section of each of the front cavity and the rear cavity is larger than the radial height, the radial section of each of the front cavity and the rear cavity is semi-fan-shaped, and the front cavity, the rear cavity and the runner are filled with liquid. The liquid composite node has the advantages that when a train encounters high-frequency vibration during linear running, the rigidity of the liquid composite node in the running direction is instantly increased, the running stability can be ensured, and the critical speed is increased; when a train passes through a curve or the acceleration and deceleration vibration frequency is reduced, the rigidity of the liquid composite node in the running direction is reduced so as to meet the requirements of reducing wheel track abrasion or buffering longitudinal load impact.
本发明公开了一种大动静刚度比液体复合节点,包括中部具有芯轴球的芯轴、环绕芯轴球硫化粘接的橡胶层、在橡胶层外周与橡胶层硫化粘接的内套体,在液体复合节点的前后两侧的内套体内分别设置腔底为橡胶层的前型腔和后型腔;在芯轴球上设有连通前型腔和后型腔的流道;所述前型腔和后型腔为扁平状,二者轴向截面的轴向宽度大于径向高度,二者的径向截面为半扇形,在前型腔、后型腔和流道内充满液体。其优点在于:列车在直线运行遭遇高频振动时,液体复合节点沿运行方向的刚度即时增大,能够确保运行的稳定性,并提高临界速度;在列车通过曲线或加速、减速振动频率降低时,液体复合节点沿运行方向的刚度减低,以满足降低轮轨磨耗或缓冲纵向载荷冲击的要求。
