The invention discloses a multi-vehicle-type automatic switching chassis lifting appliance mechanism which comprises a chassis lifting appliance, the chassis lifting appliance comprises a lifting appliance frame body, a lifting appliance front pin structure and a lifting appliance rear supporting structure, the lifting appliance front pin structure and the lifting appliance rear supporting structure are arranged on the lifting appliance frame body, and the lifting appliance rear supporting structure comprises lifting appliance supporting legs and movable rear supports which are arranged at the lower ends of the lifting appliance supporting legs and can be transversely moved and adjusted. The lifting appliance supporting legs are arranged on the frame body in a longitudinal moving and adjusting mode, and an adjusting station used for adjusting the positions of the lifting appliance supporting legs and the positions of the moving rear supports of the chassis lifting appliances is arranged on one side of the lifting appliance frame body. Each chassis lifting appliance can be adjusted through the arranged independent adjusting station, so that automatic distance switching during mixed-line production of vehicle types with different sizes is realized; the adjustment driving structure does not need to be arranged on each chassis lifting appliance, and the lifting appliance is simple in structure, small in occupied space, stable and reliable in operation and relatively low in cost.

    本发明公开了一种多车型自动切换底盘吊具机构,包括底盘吊具,所述底盘吊具包括吊具框体和设在吊具框体上的吊具前销结构和吊具后托结构,所述吊具后托结构包括吊具支腿和设在吊具支腿下端可横向移动调整的移动后托,吊具支腿可纵向移动调整的设在框体上,所述吊具框体一侧设有用于调整每个底盘吊具的吊具支腿位置及移动后托位置的调整站。通过配设的独立调整站可对每个底盘吊具进行调整,从而实现不同尺寸车型混线生产时自动切换距离;调整驱动结构无需设置在每个底盘吊具上,吊具结构简单,吊具占用空间小,运行稳定可靠,成本相对较低。
