The invention provides a steel structure hoisting device and a construction method. The steel structure hoisting device comprises a hoisting mechanism with a hoisting seat, an adjusting mechanism, a plurality of hoisting ropes and hoisting rings, and the hoisting seat bears a steel structure and is adjusted through the adjusting mechanism; the hoisting mechanism can comprise a base connected with the hoisting seat and a plurality of limiting components connected with the base and arranged outside the hoisting seat, the base and the hoisting seat are connected with the hoisting ring through a plurality of hoisting ropes, and the limiting components comprise limiting grooves and buffer springs; the adjusting mechanism can comprise a telescopic push plate to quickly adjust the gravity center of the steel structure and can further comprise a fixing component which is adjusted to move through a gear to fix the steel structures of different sizes. According to the construction method of the steel structure hoisting device, multiple protection is achieved through the multiple hoisting ropes; buffer springs relieve pressing impact of the steel structures, limiting grooves limit inclination angles of the steel structures, and the adjusting mechanism facilitates quick finding of gravity centers of the steel structures and can flexibly fix the steel structures of different sizes. The method has the beneficial effects that the construction efficiency is high, the construction safety is guaranteed, and the construction quality is improved.

    本发明提供一种钢结构吊装装置及施工方法,钢结构吊装装置包括有吊运座的吊运机构、调整机构、多个吊绳和吊环,吊运座承载钢结构并通过调整机构以调节;吊运机构可包括与吊运座连接的底座、与底座连接设于吊运座外的多个限位部件,底座与吊运座通过多吊绳与吊环连接,限位部件有限位槽和缓冲弹簧;调整机构可包括伸缩推板以快速调节钢结构重心,还可包括用齿轮调节移动以固定不同尺寸钢结构的固定部件。本发明提供钢结构吊装装置施工方法,多吊绳进行多重保护;缓冲弹簧缓解钢结构下压冲击,限位槽限制钢结构倾斜角度,调整机构便于快速找出钢结构重心并能灵活固定不同尺寸钢结构。本发明的有益效果是施工效率高,保障施工安全,提高施工质量。
