The moving part comprises four movable rods which can extend or contract in an equal proportion, and moving rods are vertically arranged in the directions, facing the inner walls of the adjacent main frames, of the middle portions of the movable rods; any two adjacent movable rods are connected through a fixing part; the movable rods comprise two adjacent active movable rods and two adjacent passive movable rods; the passive movable rod comprises a guide rod, the middle of the guide rod is fixedly connected with the movable rod, and the two ends of the guide rod are each sleeved with a flat sleeve. According to the carrying system for rapidly cleaning the damaged vehicles on the road, the situation that the road is congested at the first time when a traffic accident happens can be avoided, and the rescue efficiency is improved.
