The collaborative robot, the wheel chock storage frame and the reflective cone storage frame are installed on an operation platform on the automatic navigation trolley. The clamping jaw, the force sensor and the visual sensor are arranged on the tool end of the collaborative robot; during operation, the automatic navigation trolley can automatically navigate to a wheel chock and reflective cone putting position according to a planned route, and after the wheel chock and reflective cone are put in place, the wheel chock and reflective cone are clamped by the clamping jaw; wherein before the wheel chock is put, the undercarriage is recognized through the visual sensor, and the visual sensor is used for correcting the relative position between the automatic putting trolley and the undercarriage; when the wheel chock is put, the outer hub of the tire is identified through the visual sensor; after the wheel chock is put, the wheel chock is pushed towards the direction of the tire through the clamping jaw. The working efficiency is improved, and the labor intensity of workers is reduced.
