According to the device disclosed by the invention, through the uniform and orderly cable coiling design of the cable coiling assembly and the accurate control of the cable laying assembly, the winding and knotting phenomena of the anchor cable in the releasing process can be effectively reduced.
本发明提出了一种漂浮锚缆水下释放装置及使用方法,包括:锚体,锚体具有顶端开口的安装腔,安装腔内底面中心处固定设置有中心柱;多个盘缆组件,盘缆组件包括多个缆卡组,每个缆卡组由两个竖直间隔设置的缆卡构成,多个缆卡组沿中心柱径向方向等间距竖直固定设置在安装腔中,缆卡组用于供锚缆按规律盘绕在盘缆组件中;放缆组件包括转臂及第一导引组件,转臂的一端与中心柱上端转动连接,第一导引组件滑动设置在转臂上,且可沿锚体径向方向在转臂上移动,第一导引组件用于将锚缆起始端从盘缆组件上导引至锚体外侧。本发明公开的装置通过盘缆组件均匀、有序的盘缆设计和放缆组件的精确控制,能够有效减少锚缆在释放过程中的缠绕和打结现象。
