The quick connection mechanism comprises more than one connection assembly arranged on the vertical butt joint face of the cabin and the carrier. The connecting assembly comprises a plurality of fixed pin seats which are linearly arranged at intervals and a rotating shaft which penetrates through all the fixed pin seats on the straight line; hemispherical holes in one-to-one correspondence with the fixed pin seats are formed in the side surface, connected with the cabin body, of the carrier; a fixing pin is arranged in each fixing pin seat; the rotating shaft axis is vertical to the fixing pin axis; a plurality of plane grooves which are parallel to the center line of the rotating shaft and are in one-to-one correspondence with the positions of the fixing pins are formed in the rotating shaft in the axis direction of the rotating shaft; when the plane groove in the rotating shaft is perpendicular to the end face of the fixing pin, the cylindrical face of the rotating shaft abuts against the end face of the fixing pin, and the connecting mechanism is in a connecting locking state. When the plane groove in the rotating shaft is parallel to the end face of the fixing pin, the connecting mechanism is in an unlocking state.
