The invention belongs to the technical field of hybrid electric vehicle control, and particularly relates to a hybrid electric vehicle mode switching control method, which comprises the control of a pure electric rear drive to series connection switching process and the control of a series connection to parallel connection switching process, and comprises the following steps of: controlling the pure electric rear drive to series connection switching process, sending a series connection instruction, and sending a parallel connection instruction; the clutch C1 is controlled to be connected, the engine is rigidly connected with the EM2, and then the EM2 drags the engine to ignite; a parallel connection instruction is sent by controlling the switching process from series connection to parallel connection, an EM2 is adjusted to a torque mode from a rotating speed mode, meanwhile, the torque sum of a transmission shaft where the engine-EM2 is located is controlled to be within a reasonable range, and then a B1 clutch, a B2 clutch and a C2 clutch are selectively connected according to the target gear of the parallel connection mode. According to the technical scheme, on the basis of the hybrid power P2.5 + P4 configuration, the whole vehicle has a clear mode switching control method, on the basis, whole vehicle parallel mode control is completed, and the whole vehicle has good economical efficiency and driving experience.

    发明属于混合动力汽车控制技术领域,具体涉及一种混合动力汽车模式切换控制方法,包括由纯电后驱向串联切换过程的控制及串联向并联切换过程的控制,采用以下步骤:由纯电后驱向串联切换过程的控制,发送串联指令,控制C1离合器接合,发动机与EM2刚性连接,然后由EM2拖动发动机点火;由串联向并联切换过程的控制,发送并联指令,EM2由转速模式调整为扭矩模式,同时控制发动机‑EM2所在传动轴的扭矩和在合理范围内,然后根据并联模式目标档位选择性接合B1、B2、C2离合器。本技术方案基于此混动P2.5+P4构型,让整车具备清晰明了的模式切换控制方法,基于此完成整车并联模式控制,使整车具备较好的经济性及驾乘体验。
