The system comprises a battery replacing module for replacing a power battery, a charging module which is separated from the battery replacing module and is used for charging the replaced power battery, and a transfer trolley for transferring the power battery between the battery replacing module and the charging module, the control method comprises the following steps: obtaining vehicle state parameters of a service vehicle located in a battery replacement module, a historical battery replacement order quantity corresponding to a current time point and battery state parameters of a power battery located in a storage bin of the battery replacement module; generating a battery replacement control signal based on the vehicle state parameter, wherein the battery replacement control signal is used for controlling a corresponding battery replacement execution device in a battery replacement module; and generating a transfer control signal based on the historical battery replacement order quantity and the battery state parameters, wherein the transfer control signal is used for controlling the driving state parameters of the transfer trolley.
