The invention relates to a vehicle pneumatic tire (10) comprising: a) a tire carcass (12) having a first bead region (14), a first sidewall region (16), a central region (18), a second sidewall region (20) and a second bead region (22); b) a tread (24) located outward in the radial direction with respect to the tire carcass (12) and arranged above the central region; c) a first bead wrap (26) arranged at the first bead region (14) and a second bead wrap (28) arranged at the second bead region (22); d) a first upper reinforcing element (30) arranged at the central region (18) and at the first sidewall region (16) and a second upper reinforcing element (32) arranged at the central region (18) and at the second sidewall region (20); and e) a first lower reinforcing element (34) arranged at the first bead region (14) and a second lower reinforcing element (36) arranged at the second bead region (22), the first upper reinforcing element (30) and the second upper reinforcing element (32) being located at a distance from the first lower reinforcing element (34) and the second lower reinforcing element (36).
