The invention relates to an optimization method of a large tube bundle unit bracket. The optimization method comprises the following steps: establishing a finite element analysis model of the tube bundle unit bracket by adopting PATRAN stress calculation and analysis software; in the finite element analysis model of the tube bundle unit bracket, loading constraint, applying a load working condition, and considering 1.2 times of safety coefficient; analyzing the maximum resultant stress, shear and limit displacement of the tube bundle unit bracket through PATRAN software, optimizing and improving the point positions with insufficient strength according to the analysis result, and then analyzing until the standard requirements are met; according to a checking result, a support modification guide manual is given; and according to the instruction manual, a tube bundle unit support design drawing is modified. The structure of the tube bundle unit support can be simplified, materials are saved, meanwhile, the overall strength of the tube bundle unit support is ensured, in the design process, technicians have the basis for design and model selection of the large tube bundle unit support, the design and model selection are more reasonable and accurate, and the ship building quality is improved.

    本发明涉及一种大型管束单元支架的优化方法,包括以下步骤:采用PATRAN应力计算分析软件建立管束单元支架的有限元分析模型;在管束单元支架的有限元分析模型中,加载约束、施加载荷工况,并考虑1.2倍安全系数;通过PATRAN软件分析管束单元支架的最大合成应力、剪切及极限位移量,根据分析结果对强度不足的点位进行优化改良后再分析,直至满足规范要求;根据校核结果,给出支架修改指导手册;并根据指导手册,修改管束单元支架设计图纸。本发明能简化管束单元支架的结构,节省材料的同时确保管束单元支架的整体强度,使技术人员在设计过程中,对大型管束单元支架的设计选型有依据,更合理准确,提高船舶建造品质。
