The invention discloses a BMS HIL insulation test method, device and equipment and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: presetting an initial insulation resistance value, adaptively combining a plurality of resistor modules, and outputting a target insulation resistance value to an insulation detection point connected to an HIL rack according to each resistor module; the detection insulation resistance of an insulation detection point is detected according to an electric vehicle battery management system BMS controller, and the detection insulation resistance is sent to a CAN bus; the detection insulation resistance is received through the CAN bus, the detection insulation resistance is compared with the preset insulation fault threshold value, whether the current vehicle has an insulation fault or not is judged according to the comparison result, and corresponding fault processing is carried out, so that the safety and reliability of the battery system can be improved, the service life of the battery is prolonged, and the energy efficiency is improved. Insulation fault diagnosis is effectively carried out, the resistance value output precision is improved, existing high-precision insulation fault threshold value testing is met, and the insulation fault detection precision is improved.

    本发明公开了一种BMS HIL绝缘测试方法、装置、设备及存储介质,所述方法通过预设初始绝缘阻值自适应组合多个电阻模块,根据各电阻模块输出目标绝缘电阻值到HIL台架上连接的绝缘检测点;根据电动车电池管理系统BMS控制器检测绝缘检测点的检测绝缘电阻,将检测绝缘电阻发到CAN总线上;通过CAN总线接收检测绝缘电阻,将检测绝缘电阻和预设绝缘故障阈值进行比较,根据比较结果判断当前车辆是否有绝缘故障,并进行相应故障处理,能够提高电池系统的安全性和可靠性,延长了电池的使用寿命,提高了能量效率,有效进行绝缘故障诊断,提升了电阻值输出精度,满足了现有高精度绝缘故障阈值的测试,提高了绝缘故障检测的精度。
