A longitudinal variable-stiffness single-layer liquid rubber annular runner composite conical spring comprises a mandrel and a first bush which are coaxially arranged, a conical rubber body is connected between the mandrel and the first bush in a vulcanized mode and is made of single-layer rubber, a second bush is further coaxially connected outside the first bush in a sleeved mode, a pair of hollow hydraulic cavities is formed in the rubber body, and the hydraulic cavities are communicated with the first bush. The hydraulic cavities are symmetrically distributed in the longitudinal direction relative to the mandrel, the opposite hydraulic cavities are communicated with a liquid flow channel, and at least one hydraulic cavity is communicated with a filling opening communicated with the outside. The filling opening is formed in the first lining and communicates with the hydraulic cavity from the end of the first lining, and the liquid flow channel is an annular flow channel surrounding the side wall of the mandrel. When a longitudinal load is applied, the high dynamic-static ratio of the longitudinal rigidity is achieved, the influence of the vertical rigidity and the transverse rigidity is small, the distance between the annular flow channel and the straight-through flow channel is longer, and the damping effect of liquid is better.

    一种纵向变刚度单层液体橡胶环形流道复合锥形簧,包括同轴设置的芯轴和衬套一,在芯轴和衬套一之间硫化连接有锥型的橡胶体,所述橡胶体为单层橡胶,在衬套一外还同轴套接衬套二,在橡胶体内具有一对中空的液压腔室,所述液压腔室相对芯轴沿纵向对称分布,相对的液压腔室之间连通液体流道,至少一个液压腔室连通有和外部连通的灌注口。所述的灌注口开设在所述衬套一内,灌注口自衬套一的端部和液压腔室连通,所述液体流道为环绕芯轴侧壁的环形流道。在受到纵向载荷时,实现了纵向刚度的高动静比,其垂向刚度和横向刚度影响较小,且环形流道相对于直通流道具有更长的距离,并且液体的阻尼效果更好。
