The invention discloses a method for following up a steel casing under the condition of an inclined rock surface of a deepwater exposed foundation. The method comprises the following steps of: 1, finishing bottom opening modification of the steel casing, manufacturing of a tool pile and manufacturing of a full-rotation drilling bracket in a processing plant; secondly, a full-rotation drilling support is installed on the floating platform; 3, lowering the steel casing by using a floating crane; 4, installing the full-slewing drilling machine in place; fifthly, when low flat tide or high flat tide flow velocity and waves are small, a full-slewing drilling machine is used for drilling, and the steel casing follows up to the designed elevation; and sixthly, the full-slewing drilling machine, the drilling support and the tool pile are dismantled. According to the method, the traditional concept that a steel casing can only be used for drilling guiding and slurry storage is broken through, the modified steel casing can also be applied to treatment of hard rock surfaces which are large in height difference and inclined and exposed in a deepwater sea area, the construction cost is low, underwater operation is converted into overwater operation, the construction safety risk is low, the safety quality is easy to control, and the method is suitable for popularization and application. And in the construction process, pollution to the ocean is small, and the characteristics of high applicability, high economical efficiency, simple operation and the like are achieved.
本发明公开了一种深水裸露基础倾斜岩面条件下跟进钢护筒的方法,包括:一、在加工厂内完成钢护筒底口改制、工具桩制造及全回转钻孔支架制造;二、在浮式平台上安装全回转钻孔支架;三、利用浮吊完成钢护筒下放;四、全回转钻机安装就位;五、在低平潮或高平潮流速及波浪较小时,利用全回转钻机钻孔,将钢护筒跟进至设计高程;六、拆除全回转钻机、钻孔支架、工具桩。本发明打破了钢护筒只能作为钻孔导向、储浆的传统观念,使改造后的钢护筒在处理深水海域中高差大、倾斜裸露的坚硬岩面也能得到应用,本发明的施工成本低,转水下作业为水上作业,施工安全风险低,且安全质量容易控制,施工过程中对海洋污染较小具有适用性强、经济性强、操作简单等特点。
