The invention relates to the technical field of building jacking construction, and provides a high-precision multi-point synchronous hydraulic jacking system and a using method thereof.The system comprises a jacking frame, a point monitoring controller is arranged at the terminal of the jacking frame, a main hydraulic rod is fixedly connected to the lower end of the jacking frame, and a jacking plate is connected to the top end of the jacking frame; a fine adjustment structure is arranged between the jacking plate and the jacking frame, a reinforcing structure is arranged on the outer surface of the jacking plate, and a pressure sensor is arranged in an opening of a groove in the upper end of the jacking plate. The fine adjustment structure comprises a movable frame slidably connected to the upper end of the jacking frame, the lower end of the movable frame is fixedly connected with an inner guide rod, and the top end of the jacking frame is connected with a fine adjustment hydraulic rod. By means of the technical scheme, the problems that when an existing jacking structure jacks a building machine operation platform, due to the fact that the platform is large, the same multi-point-position jacking force cannot be achieved in the jacking process, the jacking force application difference of a plurality of jacking oil cylinders is large, construction is affected, and potential safety hazards exist are solved.
本发明涉及建筑顶升施工技术领域,提出了高精度多点位同步液压顶升系统及其使用方法,其中系统包括顶升架,顶升架的终端设置有点位监测控制器,固定连接有顶升架的下端设置有主液压杆,顶升架的顶端连接有顶升板,顶升板与顶升架之间设置有微调结构,顶升板的外表面设置有加强结构,顶升板的上端凹槽开口内设置有压力传感器;微调结构包括滑动连接于顶升架上端的活动架,活动架的下端固定连接有内导杆,顶升架的顶端连接有微调液压杆。通过上述技术方案,解决了现有顶升结构在顶升造楼机作业平台时,由于平台较大,在顶升过程中不能够实现多点位顶升力度相同,若干顶升油缸的顶升施力差别较大,不仅会对施工造成影响,还存在安全隐患的问题。
