The invention discloses a tower crane anti-falling device and a using method. A tower crane body; cross beams are fixedly mounted on the left side and the right side of the tower crane body, and sliding plates are slidably connected to the bottoms of the cross beams; the bottom of the sliding plate is fixedly connected with the driving protection mechanism; the driving protection mechanism comprises a fixed box, a motor, a winding drum, a steel wire, a hydraulic cylinder and a movable rod. Through the arrangement of the driving protection mechanism, a motor can work to drive a winding drum to rotate and wind and unwind a steel wire, a hydraulic cylinder is started to work when the steel wire is wound, the hydraulic cylinder pushes a movable rod to rotate and fold with a rotating shaft as the center, and the movable rod is folded to downwards push a protection plate to move; and the protection plate is tightly attached to the winding drum to prevent aggravation of staggered tooth skipping abrasion in the steel wire winding process, and the danger that an existing tower crane is overloaded in repeated winding and unwinding abrasion of a metal steel wire in continuous work and is prone to breakage and goods falling is avoided, so that the use safety of the tower crane is improved.

    本发明公开了一种塔吊防坠落装置及使用方法,包括;塔吊本体;骨架,塔吊本体的左侧和右侧均固定安装有横梁,横梁的底部滑动连接有滑板;驱动防护机构,滑板的底部固定连接有驱动防护机构;驱动防护机构包括固定箱、电机、收卷筒、钢丝、液压缸和活动杆。本发明通过驱动防护机构的设置,能够使电机工作带动收卷筒旋转并收放钢丝,收卷钢丝时启动液压缸工作,液压缸推动活动杆以转轴为中心旋转折叠,活动杆折叠向下推动防护板移动,防护板紧贴近收卷筒防止钢丝收卷过程中交错跳齿磨损加剧,替代现有的塔吊在持续工作中对金属钢丝反复收卷放送磨损是超负荷的,容易出现断裂坠落货物的危险,从而提高了塔吊使用的安全性。
