The invention relates to a crane safety control method which comprises the following steps: in the operation process, when a crane carries a container and reaches a certain height, the crane does not continue to ascend, whether the container is safely separated from a towing bracket or not is checked, if the container is safely separated from the towing bracket, the crane continues to ascend, otherwise, the container is lowered to a container landing state, the container on the towing bracket is unlocked again, and then the crane is stopped from ascending. And returning to the previous step, and checking whether the container towing bracket is safely separated or not after reaching a certain height. Risks can be reduced to the maximum extent by introducing actual operation from the perspective of automatic control, and accidents caused by errors are avoided.

    本发明是一种起重机安全控制方法,在操作过程中,当起重机带货柜起来以后,达到一定高度后,不再继续上升,通过检查货柜与拖架是否安全分离,如果安全分离,则继续上升,否则将货柜降至着箱状态,再次解锁拖架上的货柜,然后,返回前面步骤,达到一定高度后,再检查货柜拖架是否安全分离。本发明从自动控制角度引入实际操作就可以最大限度降低风险,避免因失误而引起的事故。
