The sealing ring is arranged to seal the joint of the pipe joint and the load rejection block, so that foreign matters in water cannot enter the connecting gap of the pipe joint and the load rejection block, meanwhile, the locking shaft in the pipe joint can be prevented from rusting, the resistance of the locking shaft during unlocking cannot be increased, smooth pressure abandoning is facilitated, and the service life of the locking shaft is prolonged. The pressure at the joint of the pipe joint and the load rejection block can be kept stable through sealing, smooth unlocking is facilitated, smooth pressure abandoning is further facilitated, meanwhile, the release mechanism and the load rejection block are rapidly separated through the elastic component, the separation efficiency of the load rejection block and the release mechanism is improved, rapid pressure abandoning is facilitated, and the service life of the pipe joint is prolonged. The problems that an existing load rejection releasing mechanism is prone to being damaged by impurities in water or rusting, so that the unlocking speed is reduced, and even the load rejection releasing mechanism is stuck are solved.
