The invention relates to an air lubrication system utilizing ship exhaust gas. The air lubrication system comprises an air source subsystem, a gas supply subsystem and a control subsystem, wherein the air source subsystem is used for providing sufficient gas for the air lubrication system; the gas supply subsystem is used for continuously and stably conveying gas to the bubble generation subsystem; the bubble generation subsystem is used for forming an anti-drag bubble layer at the ship bottom through a plurality of bubble generation devices; the monitoring control subsystem is used for monitoring the running state of the air lubricating system, starting, stopping and running working conditions of equipment can be remotely controlled, and the state of the air lubricating system is automatically adjusted to keep the optimal resistance reduction effect. According to the bubble drag reduction system, waste gas discharged by the ship is converted into useful bubble resources which are laid at the bottom of the ship, so that the influence of tail gas emission on the environment can be effectively reduced, noise generated by exhaust is reduced, and the economic performance of the ship can be improved by reducing the friction resistance between the ship body and water flow. The air compressor of the system is low in power, existing compressed air of the ship can even be directly utilized, and extra energy consumption is greatly reduced.
