The invention relates to the technical field of high-speed train seats, in particular to a seat for improving the riding comfort of a high-speed train. Comprising a bearing mechanism, a seat cushion, a seat backrest and a transmission mechanism, the bearing mechanism is arranged on one side of the seat base in an offset mode. The transmission mechanism is directly mounted on the bearing mechanism; the seat cushion and the seat backrest are connected to the transmission mechanism through a sliding framework cantilever on the offset side of the bearing mechanism; the space below the seat cushion forms a structure of a leg hole treading accommodating space through offset avoidance of the bearing mechanism, the seat cushion, the seat backrest and the transmission mechanism, so that the large leg hole treading accommodating space is formed in the rear part of the seat under the condition that the front-back distance of the passenger room seat of the high-speed train is not changed; shanks and soles of a passenger can have a placing space, so that a human body can be in a stretching state, and the riding comfort effect of a seat of a high-speed train is improved.
