When a vehicle enters a battery replacing station, a communication connection is established between a vehicle monitoring host and a battery replacing server, a handshake message, an identification message and a battery replacing request message issued by a vehicle control unit are forwarded to the battery replacing server, and feedback information of the battery replacing server is received and forwarded to the vehicle control unit at the same time; and the vehicle control unit generates a handshake message, an identification message and a power conversion request message which are sent to the power conversion server, and controls the power conversion process according to feedback information. According to the invention, the battery replacement TBOX is cancelled, the communication function between the battery replacement TBOX and the battery replacement server is integrated into the vehicle monitoring host, and the control function of the battery replacement TBOX is integrated into the vehicle monitoring host, so that the battery replacement operation can be completed by directly utilizing the vehicle monitoring host of the vehicle and the whole vehicle controller without specially adding new equipment; the cost of hardware is reduced, and the integration degree of the controller is improved.

    本发明涉及一种车辆换电控制系统及车辆,属于新能源车辆换电控制技术领域。在车辆进入换电站时,由车辆监控主机和换电服务器建立通信连接,并将整车控制器下发的握手报文、辨识报文和请求换电报文转发给换电服务器,同时接收换电服务器的反馈信息并转发给整车控制器;由整车控制器生成发送给换电服务器的握手报文、辨识报文和请求换电报文,并根据反馈信息进行换电过程的控制。可见本发明取消了换电TBOX,将换电TBOX与换电服务器之间的通信功能集成到车辆监控主机中,将换电TBOX的控制功能集成到车辆监控主机中,可直接利用车辆本身的车辆监控主机和整车控制器完成换电操作,不需要专门增加新的设备,减少了硬件的成本,提升了控制器的集成程度。
