The invention discloses a cold source structure applied to super charging pile cable immersed liquid cooling and a method thereof.The cold source structure comprises an oil tank, an electronic oil pump, a radiator, an electronic fan and a sheath, one side of the oil tank is communicated with the electronic oil pump, the electronic oil pump is communicated with the radiator, the radiator is provided with the electronic fan matched with the radiator, and the electronic fan is communicated with the electronic oil pump. One side of the radiator communicates with an inlet oil temperature sensor, the sheath communicates with the inlet oil temperature sensor, and a cooling liquid flow channel is formed in the sheath; the electronic oil pump, the radiator and the electronic fan are integrated to provide cooling liquid for the immersed liquid cooling structure in the sheath, the immersed liquid cooling scheme of the sheath cancels an inlet fluid pipeline in the cable and replaces the cooling liquid with non-conducting liquid, so that the non-conducting liquid flows in the inner cavity of the wire insulating layer and is in direct contact with the wire, and the cooling effect of the cable is improved. The heat exchange efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种应用于超级充电桩电缆线浸没式液冷的冷源结构及其方法,包括油箱、电子油泵、散热器和电子风扇以及护套,所述油箱的一侧连通有电子油泵,所述电子油泵连通有散热器,所述散热器设有与之相互配合的电子风扇,所述散热器的一侧连通有入口油温传感器,所述护套与入口油温传感器相互连通,所述护套的内部设有冷却液流道;本发明通过集成电子油泵、散热器和电子风扇,为护套内浸没式液冷结构提供冷却液体,护套的浸没式液冷方案取消了电缆内部的入口流体管道并将冷却液更换为不导电液体,使不导电液体在导线绝缘层内空腔中流动,直接与导线接触,提升换热效率。
