The invention discloses a repairing platform and a repairing method of an internal climbing type tower crane supporting beam, the repairing platform comprises a bearing platform plate which is movably arranged in an elevator shaft, and a gap is formed between the outer edge of the bearing platform plate and the inner wall of the elevator shaft; the outer edge of the bearing platform plate is installed on the turnover plate in a turnover mode, and after the turnover plate is turned over, the side, away from the bearing platform plate, of the turnover plate abuts against the inner wall of the elevator shaft in a pressing mode so as to shield the gap; the first lifting device is mounted on a tower body of a tower crane in an elevator shaft, and the bearing platform plate is detachably hung on a sling of the first lifting device; the second lifting device is mounted on a supporting beam on the bottommost layer of the tower crane, and the bearing platform plate is detachably hung on a sling of the second lifting device; and the laser cladding equipment is mounted on the bearing platform plate. The problems that according to an existing supporting beam repairing method of the self-climbing internal climbing type tower crane, time and labor are wasted in construction, and the construction cost is high are solved.

    本发明公开了一种内爬式塔吊支撑梁的修复平台及其修复方法,包括:承台板,可活动地设置于电梯井内,所述承台板外缘与所述电梯井的内壁之间形成间隙;翻板,所述承台板的外缘可翻转地安装于所述翻板,在翻转所述翻板后,所述翻板的远离所述承台板的一侧压抵于所述电梯井的内壁以遮蔽所述间隙;第一提升装置,安装于电梯井内塔吊的塔身,所述承台板可拆卸地吊设于所述第一提升装置的吊索;第二提升装置,安装于所述塔吊的最底层的支撑梁,所述承台板可拆卸地吊设于所述第二提升装置的吊索;激光覆熔设备,安装于所述承台板。本发明解决了现有的自爬升内爬式塔吊的支撑梁修复方法存在施工费时费力,施工成本高的问题。
