The invention discloses a ground environment test method for an electronic equipment cabin of a solar unmanned aerial vehicle. The ground environment test method comprises the following three steps: acquiring a comprehensive temperature integrating external convective heat exchange and solar radiation influence, simulating an equivalent heat exchange channel outside the equipment cabin, and performing environment test under extreme high/low temperature and low pressure conditions. The device is mainly applied to the ground environment test of the solar unmanned electronic equipment cabin, the thermal environment and thermal control measure effectiveness of the equipment cabin are evaluated in the performance early stage, and the problem that the influence of external convective heat transfer and solar radiation needs to be considered at the same time in the ground environment test under the conditions of extreme high temperature/low temperature and low air pressure is solved. According to the invention, the external heat exchange condition can be conveniently simulated and adjusted, so that the ground environment test of the full envelope of the electronic equipment cabin of the solar unmanned aerial vehicle can be carried out, the complexity of the environment test system and the refrigeration capacity requirement of an extremely low temperature working condition can be greatly reduced, and the ground environment test cost is effectively saved.

    本发明公开了一种太阳能无人机电子设备舱地面环境试验方法,包括融合外部对流换热和太阳辐射影响的综合温度的获取、设备舱外部等效换热通道的模拟、极端高温/低温和低压条件下环境试验三个步骤。本发明主要应用于太阳能无人电子设备舱地面环境试验,在性能摸底阶段评估设备舱热环境和热控措施有效性,解决在极端高温/低温和低气压条件下的地面环境试验中需要同时考虑外界对流换热和太阳辐射影响的问题。本发明不仅能便捷地模拟和调整外部换热条件,从而能够进行太阳能无人机电子设备舱全包线的地面环境试验,还可大幅降低环境试验系统的复杂度和极端低温工况的制冷能力需求,有效节约地面环境试验成本。
