The invention discloses a semi-submersible type offshore multi-energy complementary platform which comprises an oscillating water column type wave energy power generation device, a bistable oscillating float type power generation device and an offshore platform. The oscillating water column type wave energy power generation device comprises a plurality of water inlet channels and turbine generators which are arranged in the offshore platform, water chambers are arranged on the lower portions of the water inlet channels, air chambers are arranged on the upper portions of the water inlet channels, and the turbine generators are connected with air chamber outlets. The offshore platform is provided with a moon pool, and the bistable oscillation float-type power generation device is installed in the moon pool. The power generation device is intensively arranged on the offshore platform, the installation position is more free, the device can be used for absorbing wave energy of sea areas which are farther from the shore and have larger energy, and the power generation amount and the power generation efficiency are improved; the oscillating water column type wave energy power generation device and the bistable oscillating float type power generation device are arranged on the offshore platform, so that utilization of transverse wave energy and longitudinal wave energy is achieved, and wave energy in all directions is considered.

    本发明公开了一种半潜式海上多能互补平台,包括振荡水柱式波浪能发电装置、双稳态振荡浮子式发电装置和海上平台;振荡水柱式波浪能发电装置包括设于海上平台内的若干进水通道和透平发电机,所述进水通道下部为水室、上部为气室,透平发电机与气室出口连接;海上平台上设有月池,双稳态振荡浮子式发电装置安装于月池内。本发明将发电装置集中设置于海上平台上,安装位置更加自由,可用于吸收离岸更远、具有更大能量海域的波浪能,提高发电量及发电效率;通过在海上平台上设置振荡水柱式波浪能发电装置及双稳态振荡浮子式发电装置,实现横向波浪及纵向波浪能量的利用,兼顾各个方向的波浪能。
