The invention discloses a control method for an output relay of a low-power direct-current charger with a wide voltage range, relates to the technical field of relay control, and solves the problems that in the prior art, when a charging working mode needs to be switched, a main control board firstly sets a high-low voltage mode and then controls a module to work, meanwhile, relay adhesion is possibly caused, and the working efficiency is high. And the technical problem of safety exists. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring real-time output voltage of a charger; judging whether the charger is in a charging working state or not according to the mark state of the charger; when an instruction is received, the mode of a relay switch is adjusted according to the charging voltage instruction; when the charger is in a charging working state, analyzing the real-time output voltage and the working state of a relay switch, and judging whether the charger needs to enter an automatic switching mode or not; in the automatic switching mode, the output circuit is firstly discharged, and then the working state is switched; according to the invention, control of a relay switch can be ensured at zero voltage, protection of the relay is facilitated, and adhesion is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种宽电压范围的小功率直流充电机输出继电器控制方法,涉及继电器控制技术领域,解决了现有技术需要对充电的工作模式进行切换时,主控板先设置高低压模式,再控制模块进行工作,同时可能导致继电器粘连,存在安全性的技术问题;本发明采集充电机的实时输出电压;根据充电机的标记状态判断充电机是否处于充电工作状态;当接收到指令时,根据充电电压指令调整继电器开关的模式;充电机处于充电工作状态时,对实时输出电压以及继电器开关的工作状态进行分析,判断是否需要进入自动切换模式;自动切换模式中,先对输出电路进行泄放再进行工作状态的切换;能够保证在零电压时,进行继电器开关的控制,有利于对继电器进行保护,避免粘连。
