The European standard charging control method comprises the following steps: when the charging pile is connected to the electric vehicle, closing the quick charging negative relay and the pre-charging relay to start high-voltage pre-charging; after the high-voltage pre-charging is finished, acquiring a first sampling voltage at the front end of a fast-charging positive relay and a second sampling voltage at the rear end of the fast-charging positive relay; and when the voltage difference between the first sampling voltage and the second sampling voltage is lower than a first preset threshold value, closing the fast charging positive relay, and entering a fast charging stage. The closing time sequence of the relay is adjusted during charging, the fast-charging negative relay is closed in the pre-charging stage, the common ground of the electric vehicle and the charging pile is kept, the real voltage of the fast-charging relay can be collected, and the relay adhesion risk caused by mismatching of the pre-charging voltage and the real voltage is avoided.
本发明涉及充电管理技术领域,具体公开了一种欧标充电控制方法、电动汽车和欧标充电系统。欧标充电控制方法包括:在充电桩接入电动汽车时,闭合快充负继电器以及预充继电器开启高压预充;在所述高压预充结束后,采集快充正继电器前端的第一采样电压和所述快充正继电器后端的第二采样电压;在所述第一采样电压和所述第二采样电压的压差低于第一预设阈值时,闭合所述快充正继电器,进入快充阶段。通过在充电时对继电器的闭合时序进行调整,在预充阶段闭合快充负继电器,保持电动汽车与充电桩共地,进而能够采集到快充继电器的真实电压,避免预充电压和真实电压不匹配导致的继电器粘连风险。
