A front vehicle system and a rear vehicle system of a vehicle body adopt a hinged/integrated quick switching design, so that the cross-country running requirement on an abnormal road surface can be met, and the requirement of the vehicle on the rigidity of the vehicle body during on-orbit work can also be met; through the rail guiding system designed on the vehicle body, the vehicle can automatically run on the rail without the help of a lifting device under the assistance of a special tool; a hydraulic system adopts an intermittent working braking force unit, so that hydraulic power is automatically started along with pressure, the output power is adjusted, a working device is ensured to work reliably, and energy conservation and consumption reduction are realized; a vehicle control system adopts a speed control mode, can keep cruise at a constant speed under a stable load on a conventional road surface, and outputs multiple torque to meet the cross-country requirement of the vehicle when the vehicle runs on an unconventional road surface; and a track inspection device and a laser three-dimensional scanning device are arranged, so that basic parameter inspection and monitoring of highway and railway tunnel structures, track traffic contact networks and track states can be realized.

    本发明公开一种公铁两用车及巡检系统,车体的前车、后车系统采用铰接/一体式快速切换设计,既可满足非正常路面的越野行驶要求,也可以通过满足车辆在轨工作时对车体刚度的要求;通过车体设计的铁轨导向系统,车辆可以在专用工装辅助下不借助起吊装置自行驶上铁轨;其液压系统采用间歇式工作制动力单元,确保液压动力随压力自动开启和调节输出功率,确保工作装置工作可靠、节能降耗;车辆控制系统采取速度控制模式,可在常规路面平稳载荷下保持定速巡航,在非常规路面行驶时输出倍数扭矩配合车辆越野要求;配备轨道巡检装置和激光三维扫描装置,可实现公路和铁路隧道结构、轨道交通接触网和轨道状态的基本参数检查监测。
