The invention relates to a vehicle tire pressure detection method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps that vehicle state information corresponding to a target vehicle and first environment information corresponding to the current position of the target vehicle are acquired, and the vehicle state information comprises the actual tire pressure of the vehicle; according to the vehicle state information and the first environment information, first reference tire pressure corresponding to the current position of the target vehicle is obtained through calculation; the first reference tire pressure is compared with the actual tire pressure of the vehicle, a first tire pressure detection result is obtained, and the first tire pressure detection result is used for representing whether the pressure difference between the first reference tire pressure and the actual tire pressure of the vehicle is larger than a preset threshold value or not. Therefore, the influence of other external factors on the reference tire pressure can be comprehensively considered, so that the accuracy of vehicle tire pressure detection is improved, and the tire burst risk caused by the fact that the tire pressure deviates from the actual optimal range is effectively avoided.
