The energy collection device comprises a substrate and mass blocks, one end of the substrate is a fixed end, the other end of the substrate is a free end, the mass blocks are arranged at the free end, the density of the mass blocks is non-uniformly distributed, and the mass center positions of the mass blocks are far away from the fixed end in the first direction and/or the second direction compared with the reference mass center position. The reference mass center position is the mass center position when the density components of the mass block are assumed to be uniformly distributed, the first direction is the extension direction of the substrate from the fixed end to the free end, and the second direction is the direction perpendicular to the substrate and extending along the side, where the mass block is located, of the substrate. By adopting the method, the inherent frequency of the vibration energy collecting device can be reduced on the premise that the volume and the mass of the mass block are not changed, so that the energy collecting efficiency is improved.
