The invention belongs to the field of intelligent transportation, and particularly provides a one-way green wave control method and device for a trunk line, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a signal timing scheme of each intersection on the trunk line, and determining a public signal control period of each intersection; acquiring the queuing length of the traffic objects at each intersection in the one-way green wave control direction; taking the queuing length of the traffic object as a phase difference influence factor, and calculating a relative phase difference of each intersection in a one-way green wave control direction; determining the absolute phase difference of each intersection in the one-way green wave control direction according to the relative phase difference; and performing one-way green wave control according to the public signal control period and the absolute phase difference. Based on the technical scheme provided by the invention, the one-way traffic of the trunk line can be relieved, and the one-way congestion degree of the trunk line is further reduced.
