The invention relates to the technical field of resource allocation, in particular to an urban operation management system for resource allocation based on big data. The system comprises a collection processing unit, a flow analysis unit, a flow prediction unit, a resource allocation unit and a long-term strategy unit. According to the invention, the resource allocation unit allocates traffic signal lamp duration resources according to the analyzed flow condition or predicted flow peak trend data, and makes a long-term strategy for the traffic signal lamp duration according to the data in the resource allocation unit and the data in the collection processing unit. The formulated long-term strategy is transmitted into the resource allocation unit, the traffic signal lamp duration resources are allocated again through the formulated long-term strategy, the traffic flow can be better optimized, the change trend of traffic demands and development planning of a road network are considered in the long-term strategy, the traffic condition and traffic flow distribution can be more comprehensively considered, and the traffic flow allocation efficiency is improved. Therefore, the traffic light duration is reasonably distributed, and the intersection passing efficiency is improved.

    本发明涉及资源调配技术领域,具体地说,涉及基于大数据进行资源调配的城市运营管理系统。其包括收集处理单元、流量分析单元、流量预测单元、资源调配单元、长期策略单元。本发明资源调配单元根据分析的流量情况或预测的流量高峰趋势数据进行交通信号灯时长资源的调配,并根据资源调配单元中的数据和收集处理单元中的数据对交通信号灯时长进行长期策略的制定,将制定的长期策略传入资源调配单元中并通过制定的长期策略再次进行交通信号灯时长资源的调配,可以更好地优化交通流量,长期策略考虑了交通需求的变化趋势和道路网络的发展规划,能够更全面地考虑交通状况和交通流量分布,进而对信号灯时长进行合理分配,提高路口通行效率。
