The invention provides a variable light transmittance glass control system and a vehicle, the variable light transmittance glass control system comprises a power supply module, a vehicle body power supply module, a control module, a variable light transmittance glass control module and variable light transmittance glass, the vehicle body power supply module comprises a power supply terminal and a grounding terminal which are arranged on a vehicle body, the power supply terminal is connected with the anode output end of the power supply module, and the grounding terminal is connected with the cathode output end of the power supply module; the power supply module is used for supplying power to the variable light transmittance glass control module through the vehicle body power supply module; the variable light transmittance glass control module is used for determining a target value of the light transmittance of the variable light transmittance glass and sending a control instruction to the variable light transmittance glass control module; and the variable light transmittance glass control module is used for outputting a driving signal corresponding to the target value to the variable light transmittance glass in response to the control instruction so as to adjust the light transmittance of the variable light transmittance glass to the target value.
