The invention discloses a plate lifting device for a copper electrolytic cell surface, which belongs to the technical field of copper electrolytic cell surface polar plate treatment and comprises a plate lifting rail car and a portal frame arranged on the plate lifting rail car. At least two moving seats are arranged on the support frame in a sliding manner; the clamping column is provided with a clamping plate mechanism, and when the clamping column is driven by the lifting device to descend to different positions, the polar plate on the surface of the electrolytic cell can be limited and clamped and limited clamping is relieved; according to the scheme, the whole process of clamping, lifting, putting and separating the polar plate can be achieved only through lifting of the clamping plate mechanism, the mode that a motor needs to drive a clamping structure to be opened and closed to lift or separate the polar plate at present is avoided, the installation complexity is greatly reduced, and the purchase and use cost is also reduced; and the position of the clamping plate mechanism can be changed by operating the driving mechanism, so that the position of the clamping plate mechanism can be adjusted according to different opening distances on different polar plates, the flexibility is high, and the application range is wide.

    本发明公开了一种铜电解槽面用提板装置,属于铜电解槽面极板处理技术领域,包括提板轨道车和设于其上的龙门架,还包括:升降座;支撑架,支撑架上滑动设有至少两个移动座;夹取柱,夹取柱上设置有夹板机构,通过升降装置带动夹取柱下降到不同位置时可对电解槽面的极板进行限制夹持以及解除限制夹持;本方案中整个对极板的夹持提起和放下脱离的过程只是通过夹板机构的升降即可实现,避免了目前需要通过电机驱动夹取结构张合来提起或脱离极板的方式,极大降低了安装的繁杂度,也减少了采购和使用成本;还可通过操作驱动机构来改变夹板机构的位置,从根据不同极板上不同的开口距离对夹板机构的位置进行调整,灵活性强,适用范围大。
