The invention relates to a rotor blade deicing system and method, belongs to the technical field of rotor blade deicing, and solves the technical problem of strenuous vibration of blades caused by unbalanced rotation angles of the blades during heating and deicing of an existing electric heating deicing system. The system comprises an icing detector, a deicing control device and a plurality of heating elements, wherein the icing detector sends an icing signal when detecting icing; each blade of the rotor wing is divided into a plurality of heating areas in the spanwise direction of the blade, each heating area is provided with a heating element, the heating elements at the corresponding positions in the rotating direction of each blade and the rotor wing form a group, and the deicing control device controls the heating elements to periodically execute heating and deicing operation when receiving an icing signal; wherein the heating deicing operation is that each group of heating elements sequentially heat the corresponding heating areas according to a preset sequence. According to the invention, when the rotor blade is heated and deiced, strenuous vibration of the blade caused by imbalance of the rotation angle of the blade can be avoided.
本发明涉及一种旋翼桨叶除冰系统和方法,属于旋翼除冰技术领域,解决了现有的电热除冰系统加热除冰时容易造成桨叶旋转角度不平衡而引起桨叶剧烈震动的技术问题。本发明的系统包括:结冰探测器、除冰控制装置和多个加热元件,结冰探测器检测到结冰时发送结冰信号;旋翼的每个桨叶上均沿其展向划分有多个加热区,每个加热区上均设置有一个加热元件,各桨叶旋翼旋转方向对应位置的加热元件为一组,除冰控制装置接收到结冰信号时控制加热元件周期性地执行加热除冰操作;其中,加热除冰操作为各组加热元件按照预设顺序依次对相应的加热区进行加热。本发明中,对旋翼桨叶进行加热除冰时,能够避免造成桨叶旋转角度的不平衡而引起桨叶剧烈震动。
