The invention provides a light bionic shell pearl layer composite structure for a deep-sea pressure-resistant shell and a submersible vehicle, and relates to the field of deep-sea pressure-resistant structural design, the light bionic shell pearl layer composite structure comprises at least two bionic hard-phase material layers and at least two bionic soft-phase material layers, a bionic soft phase material layer is arranged between any two adjacent bionic hard phase material layers; the innermost side and the outermost side of the composite structure are both bionic hard-phase material layers. The shell pearl layer bionic structure can meet the requirement of still water high-pressure bearing, is good in performance in the aspect of light weight, has a certain toughening effect, can weaken the shock wave peak value to a certain extent after underwater implosion occurs, has obvious advantages compared with a traditional pressure-resistant structure, creatively applies the shell pearl layer bionic structure to the deep sea pressure-resistant shell, and has a good application prospect in the deep sea pressure-resistant shell. The contradiction that the strength and the toughness of a pressure-resistant shell made of a homogeneous material cannot be obtained at the same time is solved, and the pressure-resistant shell has the protection effects of weight reduction and energy absorption and is of great significance to design of a deep sea pressure-resistant structure.

    本发明提供了一种用于深海耐压壳的轻质仿生贝壳珍珠层复合结构及潜器,涉及深海耐压结构设计领域,包括仿生硬相材料层和仿生软相材料层,所述仿生硬相材料层至少设置有两层,任一相邻的两个所述仿生硬相材料层之间均设置有仿生软相材料层;复合结构的最内侧和最外侧均为仿生硬相材料层。既可以满足静水高压承载的需要,在轻量化方面表现良好,还具有一定的增韧效果,在水下内爆发生后,可以在一定程度上削弱冲击波峰值,相较于传统耐压结构有较明显的优势,创造性地将贝壳珍珠层仿生结构应用至深海耐压壳,解决了均质材料耐压壳强度、韧性不可兼得的矛盾,兼具减重及吸能的防护效果,对深海耐压结构的设计具有重要意义。
