The invention relates to the technical field of channel control of carriers, and discloses an automatic guided vehicle (AGV) and a route deviation rectifying method thereof. Comprising a power vehicle body, a deflection angle detection mechanism connected to the power vehicle body, a loading vehicle body connected to one end of the deflection angle detection mechanism, a gravity center adjusting mechanism arranged on the loading vehicle body and an angle deviation rectifying mechanism connected between the power vehicle body and the loading vehicle body. The gravity center adjusting mechanism is arranged on the loading vehicle body, and the angle correction mechanism and the deflection angle detection mechanism are arranged between the loading vehicle body and the power vehicle body, so that after angle deflection occurs between the loading vehicle body and the power vehicle body, the gravity center of the loading vehicle body can be adjusted to the position close to the angle correction mechanism through the gravity center adjusting mechanism; therefore, the angle correction mechanism can conveniently carry out angle correction treatment on the loading vehicle body with low power consumption.

    本发明涉及运载工具的航道控制技术领域,公开了一种无人搬运车AGV及其路线纠偏方法,其中,一种无人搬运车AGV,包括动力车体、连接在动力车体上的偏角检测机构、连接在偏角检测机构一端的载物车体、设于载物车体上的重心调节机构以及连接在动力车体和载物车体之间的角度纠偏机构;本发明在载物车体上设置了重心调节机构,并在载物车体和动力车体之间设置了角度纠偏机构和偏角检测机构,当载物车体和动力车体之间发生了角度偏转后,可通过重心调节机构将载物车体的重心调节至靠近角度纠偏机构的位置处,以方便角度纠偏机构能够以较少的功耗对载物车体进行角度纠偏处理。
