The invention discloses an active anti-fatigue method and system for an automobile seat and a vehicle, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the seat posture data of a target seat in the vehicle in response to an active anti-fatigue instruction of the seat, and obtaining the corresponding driving duration of the vehicle; a fatigue duration threshold value is determined according to the seat posture data, and anti-fatigue parameters corresponding to the target seat are determined according to the seat posture data; if the driving duration is larger than or equal to the fatigue duration threshold value, the target seat is controlled to work based on the anti-fatigue parameters, and then the fatigue duration threshold value for affirming fatigue of the user and the anti-fatigue parameters corresponding to the seat are determined through the posture data of the seat under the condition that the seat of the vehicle starts the active anti-fatigue function; and when it is determined that the driving duration reaches the fatigue duration threshold value, the seat is controlled to work based on the corresponding anti-fatigue parameters, the effectiveness of fatigue relief is improved, and the safety of vehicle driving is improved.
