The invention provides a thermal management method and system of a fuel cell system and a fuel cell automobile, and relates to the field of thermal management control of the fuel cell system.The method comprehensively considers energy consumption and thermal management control, and when the inlet temperature of an electric pile is smaller than a first temperature threshold value, it is considered that the temperature is low at the moment, and the fuel cell automobile is started. In order to guarantee the performance and the service life of the electric pile, the fuel cell system is adjusted according to the first thermal management strategy determined by the running time and the temperature rise result of the electric pile, and the electric pile outputs relatively low power at the moment, so that the electric quantity consumption of the electric pile is reduced, the heat generated by the electric pile is used for heating the cooling liquid, and the service life of the electric pile is prolonged. The problem of frequent heating of a fuel cell system in a standby state in the prior art is relieved.

    本发明提供了一种燃料电池系统的热管理方法、系统及燃料电池汽车,涉及燃料电池系统热管理控制领域,该方法将能量消耗与热管理控制做了综合考虑,当电堆的入口温度小于第一温度阈值,则认为此时温度较低,为了保证电堆的性能与寿命,利用电堆的运转时间和升温结果确定的第一热管理策略来对燃料电池系统进行调节,此时的电堆输出较低的功率,不仅减少了电堆的电量消耗,还实现了将电堆自身的产热用于冷却液的加热,缓解了现有技术中燃料电池系统在待机状态下存在着频繁加热的问题。
