The voice acquisition module is used for acquiring a voice instruction of a charging user; the voice authentication module is used for performing voice authentication on a charging user based on a pre-stored voice key and a voice instruction of the charging pile; and the unlocking control module is used for unlocking the charging pile to make the charging pile respond to the voice instruction when the voice authentication result is determined to be successful in authentication. In the embodiment, an interactive interface does not need to be configured on the charging pile for card swiping or code scanning authentication operation, when the charging pile needs to be used, local voice authentication is carried out on the charging user, the charging pile can be unlocked to carry out vehicle charging or other operation after the authentication is passed, non-contact charging of the charging pile is realized, and the charging efficiency is improved. The tedious operation in the vehicle charging process is reduced, the charging convenience and intelligence are improved, and therefore the user experience is improved.
