The main control circuit comprises a two-in-one current transformer which is used for detecting charging current and electric leakage; the electric leakage self-checking circuit is mainly used for automatically detecting whether a power supply is normally cut off within a specified time during power-on and cutting off the power supply within the specified time during electric leakage, so that the safety is ensured; the relay is mainly used as a control switch of the circuit; the output detection feedback circuit is used for detecting the output voltage and feeding back in time when an abnormal phenomenon occurs; the MCU is communicated with each circuit; according to the invention, the two-in-one current transformer is used for detecting the charging current and the electric leakage, so that the relay can be conveniently cut off according to the situation, the link with the AC220 is cut off, fire disasters and electric shock caused by overcurrent are prevented, and the safety and the stability of the charging process are improved.

    本发明属于充电器技术领域,提供了一种新型电动自行车随车充电器,包括充电器主体,充电器主体包括主控制电路与AC‑DC变换控制电路;主控制电路包括:二合一电流互感器,用以检测充电电流与漏电检测;漏电自检电路,主要是用于上电时自动检测在规定时间内是否正常切断电源,及漏电时在规定时间内切断电源,从而确保安全;继电器,主要是电路的控制开关;输出检测反馈电路,用于检测输出的电压,当出现异常现象,及时进行反馈;MCU,与各电路均相连通;本发明通过二合一电流互感器,用以检测充电电流与漏电检测,从而方便根据情况切断继电器,切断与AC220的链接,防止过流而造成火灾,防止触电,提高了充电过程的安全性与稳定性。
