The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted fuel cell fault diagnosis system based on impedance. The vehicle-mounted fuel cell fault diagnosis system comprises a fuel cell stack and an auxiliary system, the system further comprises a DCDC and a fault diagnosis system. The fault diagnosis system comprises an acquisition unit, an excitation signal unit, an impedance calculation unit, an impedance analysis unit and a fault diagnosis unit. The DCDC is connected with the fuel cell stack, the output power of the fuel cell stack is controlled through constant current or constant voltage of an input end, and the excitation signal unit controls the amplitude and frequency of AC excitation superposed on DC of the DCDC; the acquisition unit is used for acquiring the voltage of the fuel cell stack and the total current of the DCDC input end; the impedance calculation unit is used for calculating the impedance of the fuel cell stack through FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) or wavelet transform or S transform; the impedance analysis unit calculates polarization process information of impedance through DRT; and the fault diagnosis unit diagnoses the fault of the fuel cell stack and regularly corrects the reference polarization process information, thereby realizing high-precision fault diagnosis in the whole life cycle.

    本发明公开了一种基于阻抗的车载燃料电池故障诊断系统,包括燃料电池电堆和辅助系统;还包括DCDC和故障诊断系统,故障诊断系统包括采集单元、激励信号单元、阻抗计算单元、阻抗解析单元和故障诊断单元;DCDC与燃料电池电堆相连,通过输入端恒流或恒压控制燃料电池电堆的输出功率,激励信号单元控制叠加在DCDC直流上的交流激励的幅值和频率;采集单元用于采集燃料电池电堆的电压和DCDC输入端的总电流;阻抗计算单元通过FFT或小波变换或S变换计算燃料电池电堆的阻抗;阻抗解析单元通过DRT计算阻抗的极化过程信息;故障诊断单元对燃料电池电堆的故障进行诊断,并定期修正基准的极化过程信息,从而实现整个寿命周期内的高精度的故障诊断。
