The invention relates to a flanging part forming process which comprises the following steps: a blanking procedure: a blank is obtained, and the blank is provided with a first blank plate part, a second blank plate part and a third blank plate part which are connected in sequence; the blank is bent and formed into a bent piece, the first blank plate part is formed into a first bent body, the second blank plate part is formed into a second bent body, and the third blank plate part is formed into a third bent body; in the flanging process, the bent part is subjected to flanging forming to form a flanging part, the first bent body is formed to form a part body, the second bent body is formed to form an outer flanging which is outwards folded relative to the part body, and the third bent body is formed to form a technological flanging which is arranged relative to the outer flanging in a folded mode; and a cutting process: cutting the process flange. The invention further provides a semi-finished product of the flanging part. The flanging part has the following characteristics that the problem that the outer flanging at the bent part of the flanging part is prone to cracking can be relieved or eliminated, and the structural strength and the sealing performance of the flanging part can be guaranteed.
本发明涉及一种翻边零件成型工艺,包括:落料工序:得到坯料,坯料具有依次连接的第一坯板部、第二坯板部和第三坯板部;弯折工序:将坯料弯折成型为弯折件,第一坯板部成型为第一弯折体,第二坯板部成型为第二弯折体,第三坯板部成型为第三弯折体;翻边工序:将弯折件翻边成型为翻边件,第一弯折体成型为零件本体,第二弯折体成型为相对于零件本体向外翻折的外翻边,第三弯折体成型为相对于外翻边翻折设置的工艺翻边;切除工序:把工艺翻边切除。本发明还提出了一种翻边零件半成品。本发明具有以下特点:能够减轻或消除翻边零件的弯折部位处的外翻边容易出现开裂的问题,还能够保证翻边零件的结构强度和密封性能。
