The invention relates to a traffic environment big data supervision system, and the system comprises unmanned aerial vehicle-mounted equipment which is located at the bottom of an unmanned aerial vehicle flying right above the center position of a fixed sea area and is used for carrying traffic supervision equipment; the traffic supervision equipment is used for performing high-angle shooting type imaging operation on a fixed sea area; and the state judgment device is used for sending a ship refitting signal corresponding to the target ship when the difference value between the entity distribution area corresponding to the imaging surface, facing the imaging lens, of the target ship and the distribution area of the target ship in the factory leaving state is greater than or equal to a set difference value threshold value. According to the invention, aiming at the sea surface traffic environment of a fixed sea area, when the difference value between the entity distribution area corresponding to the imaging surface, facing the imaging lens, of the target ship and the distribution area of the target ship in the factory leaving state is greater than or equal to the set difference value threshold value, the ship modification signal corresponding to the target ship is sent out; therefore, the safety and the reliability of the sea traffic environment are ensured.

    本发明涉及一种交通环境大数据监管系统,包括:无人机载设备,位于飞行在固定海域的中心位置的正上方的无人飞行器的底部,用于搭载交通监管设备;交通监管设备,用于与对固定海域执行俯拍式成像操作;状态判断器件,用于在目标船舶朝向成像镜头的成像面对应的实体分布面积与目标船舶的出厂状态下的分布面积的差值大于等于设定差值阈值时,发出对应所述目标船舶的船舶改装信号。通过本发明,能够针对固定海域的海面交通环境,在目标船舶朝向成像镜头的成像面对应的实体分布面积与目标船舶的出厂状态下的分布面积的差值大于等于设定差值阈值时,发出对应所述目标船舶的船舶改装信号,从而保证了海面交通环境的安全性和可靠性。
