The invention provides an expressway multi-scale traffic situation deduction method under an unpredictable traffic event, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining multi-scale traffic parameter data through information coupling according to the state information, recorded by an expressway roadside unit and a toll station, of a vehicle under the unpredictable traffic event; based on the infectious disease model, constructing an expressway traffic situation propagation model under the condition of non-predictive traffic event occurrence so as to accurately describe propagation characteristics of traffic behaviors in the network; and based on the traffic parameter data, the traffic behavior propagation characteristics and expressway traffic node division, modeling is carried out on the spatial-temporal correlation of the multi-scale traffic parameter data by using a hypergraph convolutional neural network, and expressway node-level traffic situation deduction is realized. According to the invention, the insufficiency of real-time perception of non-predictive traffic events on the expressway can be filled, accurate traffic situation evolution information is provided for a management department, and the management department is assisted to quickly formulate reasonable traffic control and emergency rescue measures.

    本发明提供了一种非预知交通事件发生下的高速公路多尺度交通态势推演方法,所述方法利用高速公路路侧单元和收费站所记录的车辆在非预知交通事件发生下的状态信息,通过信息耦合获取多尺度的交通参数数据;基于传染病模型构建非预知交通事件发生下的高速公路交通态势传播模型,以准确描述网络中交通行为的传播特征;并基于交通参数数据、交通行为传播特征和高速公路交通节点划分,利用超图卷积神经网络对多尺度的交通参数数据的时空关联性进行建模,实现对高速公路节点级的交通态势推演。本发明可填补高速公路对非预知交通事件实时感知的不足,为管理部门提供准确的交通态势演变信息,协助其快速制定合理的交通管控和应急救援措施。
